WHAT WE HANDLE
The STACKED mobile app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access. Our Wix website may collect basic device, browser, cookie, analytics, and information you choose to submit. Square processes online orders, payments, phone-number loyalty enrollment, points, and rewards under Square’s own policies.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We use information to provide orders and rewards, answer support questions, operate and improve the experience, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

SHARING
STACKED does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers such as Wix and Square, or when legally required. Links may take you to Square, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Maps, which follow their own privacy policies.

CHILDREN
Our app and website are not directed to children under 13.

YOUR CHOICES
The native app creates no separate STACKED account to delete. For Square customer or loyalty requests, use Square’s tools or call STACKED.
